There are two ways to place an order with The Urological Institute of Northeastern New York. You may choose to place the order online, or call our toll free customer service phone line.

Order Online

1. Make a selection from our wide variety of Prescription, Otc and Pet Products and add your desired products to your cart.
2. Once you have added all of your desired products to your cart, click on the checkout button to place the order.
3. Fax, Email or Upload your prescription to us using the following information:
   a. Fax a copy of your prescription to +1 518-262-3341
   b. Email your prescription to [email protected].
   c. Upload your prescription using Send Prescription option after checkout or within your My Account Section.
   • Be sure to include your order number on the prescription.
4. Delivery. A customer service representative will call you in the following days to collect payment.
